ReplyIt was a stock image within Patch that I used in a pinch. I found one of some RI tickets. I actually didn't buy a ticket this time, otherwise I'd have used it.

And that's with no snow on the ground and sidewalks. It isn't uncommon to see pedestrians walking on the shoulder after major storms.

ReplyYes. Another reader notified me of the error and I fixed it. I've been better about typos lately, but it's good to know my readers got my back. The difference between 1.5 and 15 percent is pretty drastic, though, so I should have caught it.
