dear fay,please help me.where do i go to propose enacting a noise odinance in clinton?my story is to long for this space,but in short,what once was nichols junkyard behind my home on meadow rd.has reopened with no zoning hearing as a metal recycling plant that operates m-f 8-5 an sat8-?

Hi Fay...thanks for providing all this great information. Question - the CL-P now reports back up to 98% without power in Clinton. It was 77% this morning. A glitch on their site? Or did someone pull the plug again :(.

I heard that there were some water main breaks but CT Water is not answering their phone. Are any of the problems in Clinton? If so, what roads? Brian Dewhirst
