Temperatures will be in the upper 40s, according to WHDH.  2. The Friends of the Norfolk Public Library are calling for bakers willing to donate baked goods to the annual Friends of the Norfolk Library Book and Bake Sale.  This year’s sale will be held on Friday, April 26 from 6-9 p.m. (members only) and Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Norfolk DPW Garage, 33 Medway Branch Road. The Friends are also seeking volunteers to man the bake sale table on the day of the sale, April 27. Anyone interested in contributing to the sale or volunteering to help at the table may contact Barbara Byron at …

Temperatures will be in the low 40s. 2. The Wrentham Town Government Study Committee is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at King Philip Regional High School. 3. The Post Office will be resuming service today. 4. The Plainville School Committee wil be meeting Tuesday at the Jackson Media Center at 6 p.m. 5. Be careful on your drive home this afternoon as there is snow in the forecast today.

  1. It's going to messy after work commute today, according to WHDH, as clouds thinken and snow develops between between 2-4 p.m. with 1-3 inches of snow by expected by the evening. The highs will be in the lower 30s. Tuesday, the rain will replace the snow with a few patches of dizzle early with temperatures near 40. Wednesday is going to feel like spring, being warm and brezzy with a high of 55-degrees.   1. Get ready for the deep freeze, according to WHDH. Wednesday's high will only be eight to 16 degrees with wind chills between -5 and 5. Thursday, it will be a little warmed at 15-20 degrees, but the wind chills will be the same. The good news is that it will be sunny.   2. Remember a winter parking ban is on the streets of Wrentham from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. until April 1. 3. The Wrentham Planning Board will be meeting tonight at 7 p.m. 4. Hurricane Sandy: Latest Track and What to Expect

Worst part of Hurricane Sandy for New England is expected to be from noon through 9 p.m. on Monday.

As of 5 a.m., the National Weather Service Hurricane Center has Hurricane Sandy is about 385 miles south, southeast of New York City. The storm is traveling at approximately 15 mph toward the north. It is expected to turn northwest today, then turn toward the west-northwest tonight. The center of Sandy will move over the coast of the mid-atlantic states in the evening hours. According to reports, Sandy is a hybrid storm, meaning it is a huge Nor’easter with a hurricane in the middle. The storm is currently measuring 900 miles wide, making it the second largest storm on record. Hurricane force winds are expected along portions of the coast between Chincoteague, Virginia and Chatham, Massachusetts. This includes the coasts of Rhode Island. …
