The Plainville Board of Health will be holding a recycling day April 27.

The Plainville Board of Health will be holding a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day at the recycling center located at the Highway Garage at 29 West Bacon St. Saturday, April 27, from 8-11 a.m. You must hold a recycling center annual pass to participate in the event. 1. Wrentham Recycling has compost bils and rain barrels available to be purchases through the recycling committee. Email recyle@wrentham.ma.us for more information. 2. The Plainville Public Library has passes available for the school vacation week. You can book them now and then pick them up the day before you go. 3. Freezing rain is head our way today.
1. Ready for more weather? WHDH-TV is forecasting that clouds will thicken early today, followed by a little bit of sleet and freezing rain in the morning before it turns into all rain in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the low 40s. 2. The Wrentham Town Government Study Committee is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at King Philip Regional High School. 3. The following is a list of upcoming meetings this week. Monday, Feb. 4: The Wrentham Town Government Study Committee will be meeting at town hall at 7 p.m. They will be discussing the plans for the presentation of the plan to the public Feb. 11. The Norfolk Recreation Commission will be meeting at the recreation office at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5: Wrentham Selectmen will be meeting at town hall at 6:45 p.m. On the agenda is a meeting with the finance committee in an open session.
