The Plainville Athletic League's board meeting will be Sunday, April 7, at 5:30 p.m., followed by a general meeting at 7 p.m. at the clubhouse. 4. The King Philip Youth Lacrosse's Learn to Play program will start outdoors on April 14, weather permitting from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Players will learn the game from coaches and members of the King Philip High boys' and girls' lacrosse teams. 5. Dr. Shelley Sandler, DVM, will be the vet. 3. 4 Paws Animal Shelter Expo and Bazaar will be held Saturday, June 29, at 10 a.m.-3 p.m. next to the Crackerbarrel Fairgrounds on Emerald St. in Wrentham. They are looking for vendors with animal related products, rescue groups, shelters, therapy dogs, dog walking and pet sitting services, all groups dedicated to the car and welfare of animals are invited to participate. …

Norfolk Board of Health to host Rabbies clinic in April.

The Friends of the Norfolk Public Library are calling for bakers willing to donate baked goods to the annual Friends of the Norfolk Library Book and Bake Sale. This year’s sale will be held on Friday, April 26 from 6-9 p.m. (members only) and Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Norfolk DPW Garage, 33 Medway Branch Road. The Friends are also seeking volunteers to man the bake sale table on the day of the sale, April 27. The following dates are important ones for the Wrentham, Norfolk and Plainville.
These are dates you need to remember: -Dog licenses in Wrentham are due by March 31. There is a $50 late fee after that date. -The winter parking ban is in place until April 1 on the Wrentham streets. -Yoga with Chris Primavera's sprlng session will be being April 11 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. A prepayment of $65 is required. The sessions will be on April 25, May 2, 9, 16 and 23.
