A performance of "Romeo and Juliet" will be taking place at Dean College tonight.
1. It will be cloudy and raw today with a few spots of dizzle, according to WHDH. It will be wetter later in the day as the rain will possibly turnover ot snow at night. Look for temperatures to start out in the low 40s before dropping to the mid-30s after dark. 2. Yoga Classes with Chris Primavera will be starting today at 9:30 a.m. at the Fiske Public Library. The classes will also be held March 7, 14, 21, 28 and April 4. You must sign up and the cost is $65 in cash or check made payable to the Friends of Fiske is required. 3. Dean College Children's Center is sponsoring "Parent Seminar: Kindergarten, Here I Come," on Monday, Feb. 25, from 7-9 p.m. at the Dean College Campus Guidrey Center on Emmons Street, Franklin. Parking is at 89 West Central Street. The panel seminar focuses developmental aspects of a child’s growth – social, cognitive, emotional, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Questions concerning “What is readiness?”, “What do Kindergarten teachers expect my child to know”, and “How to know if my child needs a gift of another year in preschool?” will be addressed. Patriot Place has scheduled a full lineup of free family activities surrounding the Harvard Pilgrim Finish at the 50, a 5K and 10K road race at Patriot Place July 3. The events will build up to a first-of-its-kind fireworks spectacular above Patriot Place that is free and open to the public and will be accompanied by a musical score broadcast by Dean College Radio. The festivities kick off on Monday, July 2, when Patriot Place will host a sand sculpting demonstration, bounce houses, airbrush tattoos and live music, among other free activities. July 3, even more free activities, including stilt walkers and appearances by celebrity runners, will build up to the Harvard Pilgrim Finish at the 50, which is expected to draw more than 5,000 …
