Gillette Stadium to Host First-Ever Boxing Match on Aug. 12
Boxing card headlined by Revolution fan and Framingham native, “Irish” Danny O’Connor, to follow the New England Revolution's game on Aug. 12. Tickets go on sale on Friday, July 27.
Add boxing to the list of professional sporting events to be held in the area this year. The New England Revolution, in association with Warrior Boxing and DiBella Entertainment, will present a unique double-header on Sunday, Aug. 12, featuring Gillette Stadium’s first-ever boxing match. Following the Revolution’s 7 p.m. game against the Montreal Impact, Framingham native “Irish” Danny O’Connor will headline a live professional boxing card at the stadium.
