Absolutely disfunctional animal hospital. The staff changes every month, I've heard the owner Dr. Massucco SCREAMING and belittling his staff in front of clients. They are always late, take appointments while letting emergencies sit and wait their turn in the lobby. None of the under staff have any certifications in anything, and they smell like booze a lot. My cat ripped its toe off and we sat bleeding in the lobby while the routine vaccinations got seen first. Never going back.

The staff here has cared for my pet's, my daughter's pets, and friend's pets for the last 10 years. They have always been professional, caring, and considerate while providing exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I travel some 20 miles to receive their care and my daughter even further. I have used a number of vets for my animals over the last 40 years and I highly recommend this office and the care that they provide.
