KP Football Takes Win Over Medfield

KP takes advantage of Medfield turnovers in 42-0 game.

The King Philip football team took advantage of four first-quarter Medfield turnovers en route to a 42-0 win Friday night.

In this battle of the Warriors, Medfield fumbled twice, threw an interception and touched a punt that KP recovered on their first four drives.

King Philip rode an impressive running game — led by senior tailback Charles Ruffin —  and an efficient passing game to the early lead. KP led 35-0 at the half, and led two clock-killing drives in the second half.
