DIVISIONS 1, 1A

1. (1) Everett (7-0) (1A, Greater Boston League): The Crimson Tide proved that they deserve the No. 1 spot with a 35-21 win over BC High. With a 28-21 lead in the third quarter, quarterback Jonathan DiBiaso found Jaylen McRae for a 64-yard touchdown to put the game out of reach. Running back Vondell Langston and DiBiaso had two rushing touchdowns each, as the Crimson Tide jumped out to a 28-7 lead. However, BC High came right back, scoring one touchdown right before the half and another after, to make it a game again. The Crimson Tide will host Medford at 7pm Friday.

2. (2) BC High (4-3) (1, Catholic Conference): Yes, the Eagles now have three losses, but they’ve come against two powerhouse programs from New Jersey and, most recently, No. 1 Everett. They also have four wins, including a 42-0 drumming of Brockton and a 35-14 shellacking at Chelmsford. They’ll be at Malden Catholic at 7pm Friday.

3. (3) Chelmsford (6-1) (1, Merrimack Valley Conference): Corey Everleigh did a little bit of everything in the Lions . He took a punt return 32 yards to the house to put the Lions on the board first and then recovered a fumble in the end zone to pile it on late. The Lions will host Central Catholic at 7pm Friday.

4. (4) Catholic Memorial (4-1) (1, Catholic Conference): The Knights opened Catholic Conference play with a 33-13 win over Malden Catholic. Quarterback A.J. Doyle threw four touchdown passes, as the Knights took a 33-0 lead before two late touchdowns by the visitors. The Knights will host St. John’s Prep of Danvers at 7pm Friday.

5. (8) Needham (6-1) (1, Bay State Conference): Sophomore quarterback Ryan Charter stepped in for the injured Drew Burnett and stepped up – finding senior tight end Mark Riley for two long touchdown passes in a . The Rockets will host 6-1 Natick at 7pm Friday in another huge Bay State Conference game.

6. (6) Lincoln-Sudbury (7-0) (1A, Dual County League): The Warriors took a 34-0 lead into the fourth quarter before calling off the dogs in a . The Warriors are undefeated, but they’ve yet to play a top-tier team. They’ll host Westford at 7pm Friday.

7. (On the Bubble) Bridgewater Raynham (5-1) (1A, Old Colony League): The Trojans went to Xaverian and came away with a 28-22 win in double overtime. Branden Morin ran in the game-winning touchdown in the second overtime – earlier, he returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown. The Trojans will be at 6-1 Dartmouth at 7pm Friday in an Old Colony League showdown.

8. (5) Xaverian (4-3) (1, Catholic Conference): With a 28-22 double overtime loss against Bridgewater-Raynham, the Hawks have now lost three in a row, albeit against very good teams (they lost to Duxbury and Everett previously). They’ll host St. John’s Shrewsbury at 1:30pm Saturday.

9. (10) Andover (5-2) (1, Merrimack Valley Conference): The Warriors to get back on track after a 48-28 loss at Chelmsford. They’ll host Dracut at 7pm Friday.

10. (7) Billerica (6-1) (1, Merrimack Valley Conference): It took two overtimes for the Indians to take care of 3-4 Haverhill 28-20. Quarterback Nick LaSpada ran in the game-winning touchdown in the second overtime; he also ran one in during the first OT. The Indians last three wins have now been decided by a touchdown or less. They’ll host Lowell at 7pm Friday.

DIVISIONS 2, 2A

1. (1) Duxbury (7-0) (2, Patriot League): The Green Dragons went down 7-0 to North Quincy, but not to worry, they ended up scoring the next 40 points on way to a 40-7 rout. Quarterback Matt O’Keefe found receiver James Burke for two TDs and ran in another. The Green Dragons will be at Silver Lake at 7pm Friday.

2. (3) Mansfield (6-1) (2, Hockomock League): The Hornets handed Oliver Ames its second loss of the season with a . Greg Donahue and Dylan Finerty each had a pair of touchdowns. The Hornets will host a tough Barnstable team at 6pm Friday.

3. (2) Walpole (6-1) (2A, Bay State Conference): The Rebels suffered their first loss of the season, . They’ll host Newton North at 7pm Friday.

4. (4) Dennis-Yarmouth (7-0) (2A, Atlantic Coast League): The Dolphins represented Massachusetts well in a 42-0 win over Rhode Island’s Cranston West – their second shutout in as many games. Quarterback Matt Montalto threw for two touchdown passes and rushed for another; Dylan Hodsdon had two – one rushing, one receiving – as did Quan Lovett – both rushing. The Dolphins will host Plymouth South at 7pm Friday.

5. (5) Natick (6-1) (2A, Bay State Conference): Last week, the Red and Blue jumped from No. 10 to 5 with an impressive 28-21 win over Weymouth. This week, they proved they belong with a 21-12 win at Braintree. Quarterback Troy Flutie hit Brian Dunlap for two long touchdowns and ran for another. The Red and Blue will have a tough challenge at Needham at 7pm Friday.

6. (6) King Philip (6-1) (2, Hockomock League): The Warriors trailed Foxborough 7-0 after the first quarter before quarterback John Dillon threw for three touchdowns in the second on way to a . They’ll host Attleboro next Friday at 7pm.

7. (7) Swampscott (6-1) (2A, Cape Ann League): Coming off their first loss of the season, a 29-19 decision at Malden, the Big Blue responded with a 28-7 win at Salem. They’ll host Danvers at 1pm Saturday.

8. (8) North Attleborough (6-1) (2, Hockomock League): Wesley Nicholls and Alex Jette each had a pair of rushing touchdowns, as the Red Rocketeers beat Sharon 26-7. They’ll be at Oliver Ames at 7pm Friday.

9. (9) Wakefield (6-1) (2A, Middlesex League): The Warriors won their fifth game in a row with a 14-6 win over Burlington. They trailed 6-0 at the half before taking the lead in the third on a Josh Puccio rushing touchdown and putting the game away in the fourth, as quarterback James Bourque found Matt McKenna for a 20-yard touchdown.

10. (10) Melrose (6-1) (2A, Middlesex League): The Red Raiders beat previously unbeaten Watertown 35-7, as quarterback Bryan Reale rushed for three touchdowns. They’ll be at Burlington at 7pm Friday.

Best of the Rest: DIVISIONS 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5

1. (1) Concord-Carlisle (7-0) (3, Dual County League): Running back George Craan had three rushing touchdowns, as the Patriots routed Acton-Boxborough 35-12. They’ll be at Weston at 7pm Friday.

2. (2) Holliston (5-1) (3, Tri-Valley League): The bye week must’ve served the Panthers well, as they . Dan Barone rushed for more than 200 yards and two touchdowns in the rout. The Panthers will be at Millis at 7pm Friday.

3. (3) East Bridgewater (7-0) (4, South Shore League): Tim O’Brien had a role in three touchdowns, Casey DeAndrade two, as the Vikings shutout Norwell 41-0. They’ll host Bishop Stang at 7pm Friday.

4. (4) Cardinal Spellman (7-0) (4, Catholic Central League): The Cardinals handed St. Mary’s their second consecutive loss, 14-6, after their 5-0 start. The Cardinals defense has three shutouts on the season and hasn’t given up more than eight points in any game thus far. They’ll host Bishop Fenwick at 7pm Friday.

5. (6) Arlington Catholic (6-0) (4, Catholic Central League): The Cougars just keep winning. Most recently, they shutout Austin Prep 28-0, with Bernard Lynch getting things going on an 83-yard punt return for a touchdown. He later ran one in from eight yards out. The Cougars will host Archbishop Williams at 6pm Saturday.

6. (5) Hopkinton (6-1) (3, Tri-Valley League): The Hillers were shutout 20-0 at home against Holliston. They’ll look to bounce back at Bellingham at 7pm Friday.

7. (7) Pembroke (6-0) (3, Patriot League): Jon Hooper ran for close to 100 yards and a touchdown, as the Titans beat Quincy 17-9 to stay perfect. They’ll be at Hanover at 7pm Friday.

8. (9) Millis (7-0) (4, Tri-Valley League): The Mohawks’ defense continued to dominate in a 28-0 shutout of Dover-Sherborn – they’ve yet to give up more than eight points in a game so far this season. Running back Jim Perkins had two rushing touchdowns, while quarterback Bay Tangey found receiver Ian Strom for two more. The Mohawks will face their toughest test yet when they host Holliston at 7pm Friday.

9. (10) Bourne (7-0) (3A, South Coast League): The Canalmen added another win with a 28-14 victory over Plymouth South. Quarterback Jay Moriarty hit receiver Drew Girouard for three touchdowns and added a rushing touchdown later. They’ll have their biggest game thus far when they travel to 6-1 Dighton-Rehoboth at 7pm Friday.

10. (On the Bubble) Mashpee (7-0) (4, South Shore League): The Falcons continued their perfect season with a 47-15 rout at Carver. Jared Taylor and John Benard each had a pair of rushing touchdowns. The Falcons will be at Cohasset at 7pm Friday.
