King Philip School District and Wrentham Schools Closed Monday Due to Hurricane Sandy

Due to Hurricane Sandy, King Philip Middle School, High School, and the Wrentham Public Schools have canceled classes for October 29.

King Philip Middle School and High School will not be open on Monday, October 29 because of Hurricane Sandy. Wrentham, Norfolk, and Plainville Public Schools will also be closed tomorrow.

In a message posted on the school district's website, Superintendent Elizabeth Zielinski said, " The King Philip Regional Schools and offices will be closed due to the impending hurricane, dangerous weather conditions and the request of the Governor.Only essential personnel should report."

In addition, all after school activities scheduled for tomorrow have been canceled.

Regional and private schools that have canceled school include Norfolk County Agricultural High School, Bishop Feehan, Tri-County Regional Voc-Tech, Foxborough Regional Charter, and Xaverian.
