Wrentham Home Sales Up in March, Up Statewide

New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Wrentham has increase last month, whole Norfolk stayed the same and Plainville dropped.

Wrentham saw its home sales ine in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group, 

According to the report, there was a increase in March sales in Mansfield from seven  in 2012 to eight in 2013. Year to date sales are also up from 20 in 2012 to 21 in 2013.

In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, slightly down over last year's 3,100 sales.

The median sale price in the state however, was went up 8.37% from $263,000 in March 2012 to $282,500 in March 2013
