Wrentham Selectmen's Fifth Annual Volunteer of the Year Award

The Wrentham Board of Selectmen announce the acceptance of nominations for the 5th Annual "Town of Wrentham - Volunteer of the Year" award. This award is given to residents that have gone above and beyond to volunteer their time to the Town. Nominations may be submitted to the Selectmen's office until Oct. 5 in two age groups, under 18-or-18 and over. The winners will be acknowledged at the Nov. 13 Special Town Meeting. If you would like to nominate a resident that you think is deserving of this award, you may obtain the Nomination Form on the town’s website “home page.”

It’s that Time of the Year Again . . .

Do you someone special that has gone beyond the call of duty to volunteer in Wrentham?

Do you know someone that has done something especially significant, remarkable, or important for our Town?

There are various reasons to nominate someone for the Town of Wrentham's 5th Annual “Volunteer of the Year" Award.  This award is given by the Board of Selectman to recognize and celebrate the spirit of volunteerism in the Town.

Please take the time to fill out this simple nomination form with the person's name, age group, and a brief description of why you are nominating him or her. You may nominate anonymously.

Requirements:

Residents can nominate anyone who meets the following requirement:

• Any Wrentham resident (either category: under 18 - OR - 18 and over)

Nominations will be held by the Board of Selectmen's office until October 5th, at which time a small committee will evaluate the nominations and make the selection as finalists (one in each category) for the award(s). Awards will be presented at the Nov. 13 Special Town Meeting.
