Turnout for Primary Low at Noon

As of 12 p.m, only 271 residents had voted.

With only two contested races on the ballot and an unusual date, turnout for the State Primary was low in Wrentham with 271 residents voting as of noon according to Town Clerk Carol Mollica.

The third precinct led the town with 117 voters while the first precinct had 95 voters. The second precinct had the least amount of voters with 59.

With only two contested races on the Democratic ballot and one on the Republican ballot, a low turnout was expected.
