Planning Board to Hold Public Forum Concerning Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

The Wrentham Planning Board will have a public hearing to consider whether to revoke permission for the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets to open early the day after Thanksgiving.

The Wrentham Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. on October 17, 2012 in the Second Floor Conference Room of Wrentham Town Hall, 79 South Street, for the purpose of considering whether to revoke permission for the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets and Outparcel to have an Early Friday Opening on each Friday after Thanksgiving, subject to conditions, as originally authorized in Special Permits granted on August 7, 2008 (18th and fifth amendments of original approvals).

The property is identified as Assessors Map J-05, Block 6, Lot 1 and Map K-04, Block 3, Lot 1 and is located within the C-2 District. Information may be reviewed in the offices of the Town Clerk or Town Planner during regular business hours. All are invited to attend.
