Wrentham Police Seek Help in IDing Stolen Property

Arrest made in housebreak.

The Wrentham Police Department is looking for help in identifying items thought to be stolen property.

The items, according to a department release, were uncovered as part of an investigation into a West Street housebreak.

According to police, the burglary of thousands of dollars' worth of jewelry was reported on February 27.

Police said Officer Barry McGrath and Sgt. James Barrett took part in an investigation of the crime. Two men were identified as suspects, one of whom was already in jail for a separate case. A warrant has been issued for the other.

According to police, area gold buyers assisted in the investigation.
