Wrentham Police Search For Suspects in House Break-In

The Wrentham Police are looking for two suspects in a house break-in Tuesday afternoon.

(From the Wrentham Police Department)

Earlier Tuesday, approximately 12:30 p.m., a house on Laurie Lane, Wrentham was broken into while the owner was alone and inside.

The home owner heard front doorbell and did not answer it as they weren't expecting anyone.

They observed a male in his 40's, olive skin, darker features, possibly a "buzz" style hair cut at the front door, knocking and ringing the door bell.

Apparently believing no one was home, the male walked away from the front door toward the driveway and out of view.

Within moments, a second male broke through the rear porch door of the residence and was standing on the enclosed back porch when the home owner confronted him through a locked glass door leading to the porch.

This suspect turned and ran away toward the driveway and out of view.

The second suspect is described as a white male, mid to late 20's, short red hair, stocky build wearing a Kelly green hooded sweatshirt, jeans and boots.

A possible supect vehicle is described as a gray or silver, four door sedan in good shape.

Please call 911 if you observe or encounter these suspects.

Anyone having information should contact Detective Lt. William McGrath at 508-384-6915.
