Wrentham Police Log: Underage Drinking, Witness Intimidation and Larceny

The following is from the Wrentham Police log from Jan. 13, 2013, to Jan. 31, 2013. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

Jan. 13

4:15 a.m. Wrentham police arrested a 20-year-old Franklin woman.  Mackenzie Sayward, of 37 Wampanoag Dr, was charged with O.U.I. alcohol, operating to endanger, marked lane violation and minor in possession of alcohol.  The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on South St.

8:00 a.m. Wrentham police arrested a 24-year-old Franklin man, and a 19 year old Millis man.  John Kali, of 359 Summer St. Franklin was charged with larceny over $250 and furnishing a false name to a police officer. Alexander Cuddy of 99 Spring St, Millis was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.  The arrest was the result of an investigation into stolen property from Industrial Rd. Walpole police assisted Wrentham police with the investigation.

 Jan. 19

7 p.m. Wrentham police arrested a 56 year old Boston man.  Bruce Chisholm, of 41 Richards St., was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, and furnishing a false name to a police officer. Chisholm was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Quincy District Court.  The arrest was the result of a call to police of a shoplifter at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.

 

 Jan. 20

1:30 a.m. Wrentham police arrested a 22 year old Franklin man. Christopher Bartolo, of 11 Lynda Ln. was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and witness intimidation.  The arrest was the result of a call to police of a disturbance at 130 Creek St.

 

Jan. 26

12:10 a.m. Wrentham police arrested four men for minors in possession of alcohol. Rob Ruiz-Politano, 19 years old from 1 Worcester St. Taunton, Tevin Bell, 18 years old from 257 Washington St. Taunton, Ian Goldschmidt, 19 years old, of 24 Summit Ave, Mansfield and Matthew Hilchey, 18 years old, of 26 Stoney Brook Rd, Raynham were all charged with being minors in possession of alcohol.  The arrests were the result of the police being called to the Arbor Inn Motel on Washington St. for a noise complaint. There were twenty three other persons summoned to court for being minors in possession of alcohol from the same party.
