Wrentham Police Log: Sex Offender, Shoplifting and OUIs

The following is from the Wrentham Police Department from Feb. 6 2013, to Feb. 28, 2013. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Feb. 6

5:30 p.m. Wrentham police arrested a 32-year-old Attleboro man.  Joseph Owens, of 42 Chapel Hill was charged with shoplifting and providing a false name to law enforcement.  The arrest was the result of a call to police of a shoplifting call at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.

9:30 p.m. Wrentham police arrested a 30-year-old Norton man.  Daniel O’Shea, of 5 Hickory Rd was charged with Operating under the influence of Alcohol.  The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on South Street near Rt. 495.

1:55 a.m. Wrentham police arrested a 22-year-old Norwood man, Nicholas Wilcox, of 234 Union St was charged with Operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.  The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street

Feb. 17

 12:30 a.m. Wrentham Police arrested a 26-year-old Norton man.  David Marsolais, of 30 North Washington St was charged with Operating under the influence of alcohol, and operating to endanger.  The arrest was the result of police responding to a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street

Feb. 19

 8:15 a.m. Wrentham police arrested a 46-year-old homeless man.  James Schaff was charged with failure to registering as a level 3-sex offender subsequent offence. The arrest took place at the Wrentham police department.
