Wrentham Police Log: Two Warrant Arrests, an OUI on South Street, and More

The Wrentham Police Department recently released their arrest log for September 26 - October 19. Among the seven arrests were two warrent arrests, two protection order violations, an OUI, and assult and battery, and a harrasment order violation.

Warrant Arrests

On Thursday, October 4, 2012, at approximately 6:10 pm, Wrentham police arrested a 21 year old Milford woman. Danielle Angel of 2 Medway Rd, was arrested on a warrant from Framingham District Court. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Creek St.

On Monday, October 8, 2012, at approximately 6:00 pm, Wrentham police arrested a 20 year old Brockton woman. Teresa Daveiga, of 858 North Main St, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Natick District Court. The arrest was the result of a call to police of suspicious activity at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.

On Sunday, October 7, 2012, at approximately 8:30 pm, Wrentham police arrested a 57 year old Wrentham man. Charles Middendorf, of 5 Flannery Ln was charged with assault and battery. The arrest was the result of a call to police of a disturbance in the parking lot of Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.

Harassment Order Violation

On Thursday, October 11, 2012, at approximately 11:30 am, Wrentham police arrested a 77 year old Wrentham man. George Winslow of 588 Dedham St. was charged with violation of a harassment order. The arrest was the result of a call to police about a disturbance at Lost Meadow Condo’s on Dedham St.

OUI Arrest

On Friday, October 19, 2012, at approximately 2:00 pm, Wrentham police arrested a 23 year old Franklin man. Kyle Kuney, of 123 Pleasant St. was charged with OUI alcohol. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on South St.

Protection Order Violations

On Friday, September 28, 2012, at approximately 9:20 am, Foxboro police assisted Wrentham police with the arrest of 43 year old Foxboro man.  John Rocco Ruggiero, of 179 North St. was charged with violation of a protective order. The arrest was the result of a call to police of a protection order violation

On Thursday, October 11, 2012, at approximately 8:00 am, Wrentham police arrested a 29 year old Rhode Island man. Craig Noel, of 49 Kindergarden St, Woonsocket was charged with violation of a protective order. The arrest took place at the Wrentham police department.
