Wrentham Police Blog Named one of the Best Police Blogs
The blog for the Wrentham Police Department was named one of the top police blogs in the nation by Video Surveillance.com
The website praised the blog, calling it, "a comprehensive tool that seamlessly connects the community to the agency’s policing and public safety effort."
In addition to their blog, the department has used their Facebook page and Twitter account to announce arrests and notify residents of any breaking news or information.

Praising the site, Video Survelliance also said that the site has, "directly contributed to crime solving, locating missing persons, and community crime prevention efforts, and now serves as a model for surrounding public safety agencies who find it difficult to maintain and manage web pages."
Other blogs that were part of the top sites group were the Warner Robins Police Department Blog, Johnson City Police Department Blog, Philadelphia Police Department Blog, Fife Police Department Blog. The top prize of first place went to Houston Police Department Blog.
