Plainville Police Seek Help in Finding Rock Throwers

The Plainville Police Department is looking for the public's help in their investigation into damage done to homes and cars Saturday night.

Police responded to the area of Park Avenue and Garfield Streets Saturday, April 27, at about 11:42 p.m. after receiving 911 calls about rocks being thrown through two windows at two residences. While investigating, police received a third 911 call reported another rock thrown through a window at a residence on Munroe Drive.

The next morning, two vehicles on South Street in the same proximity were discovered to have been damaged by means of a rock thrown at their windshields.

Investigation is being conducted by Sgt. Scott Gallerani and Ptl. William Lamb. If anyone who lives in the area either saw or heard something that night, please call the Plainville Police at 508-695-7115.
