Plainville Police Make Drug Arrests

Arrests:

Chad Curtis, 32 and Tracy Augustine 33, both of Plainville were arrested Feb. 21 as a result of an investigation by Plainville Police and NORPAC detectives..Augustine, e was arrested and charged with: Sexual Conduct for a Fee; Possession of Class A (Heroin) With Intent to Distribute; and Being Present Where Heroin is Kept. Chad Curtis was arrested and charged with: Deriving Support from Prostitution; Possession of Class A (Heroin) With Intent to Distribute; and Being Present Where Heroin is Kept. See story here.

Brianna Manzo, 20, of Johnston R.I. was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with Possession of a Class E substance, three counts. The charges allegedly stem from a check of a vehicle parked illegally in a handicapped parking space at Cumberland Farms. Officer Webber spoke with three  occupants of the vehicle, and after an odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle, called for backup. A search of the vehicle produced three pills that Manzo did not have prescriptions for. Marijuana paraphernalia was also seized.
