Plainville Police Log: Three Arrested for Shoplifting, two for Assault

The Plainville Police Department arrest log for September 2012 has been released.

The Plainville Police Department have released their arrest log for the month of September. The nine arrests include three for shoplifting, two for assault, and a protective custody. To see the full log, head over to the Plainville Police Department website.

On September 8, at 10:18 p.m., Officer James Rockett arrested James P. Wisniewski, 34, of 788 Sandwich Road, Bourne, for assault, stalking, and threat to commit crime.

On September 13, at 1:51 a.m., Officer Kyle Rockett arrested Andrea Weeks, 55, of 36 Redgate Road, Apartment C, Attleboro. Weeks was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and an additional charge of assault and battery/domestic violence.

On September 15 at 7:28, p.m., Officer Todd Holbrook arrested Theodore Welch, 39, of 9 Fremont Street. Welch was charged with violating an abuse prevention order, defacement of real or personal property and open and gross lewdness

 

On September 16 at 8:43 p.m., Officer Todd Holbrook arrested Jake Boyle, 18, of 15 Washington Street. Boyle was charged with minor possession of alcohol.

 

On September 24 at 1:38 p.m., Karen E Bertoni, 53, of 195 School Street, Franklin, was arrested by Officer Matthew Webber at the Super Stop & Shop located at 109 Taunton Street. Bertoni was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

 

On September 26 at 7:21 p.m. And 7:26 p.m., Officer Todd Holbrook arrested two 16 year old minors both for shoplifting by asportation at Panera Bread located at 103 Taunton Street.

 

On September 26 at 10:26 p.m, Officer Todd Holbrook took a 30 year old male from Norton into protective custody at the Burger King located at 6 Taunton Street.
