Plainville Police Log: Intent to Distribute Drugs, Warrant Arrests, and Shoplifting

On November 3 at 1:07 p.m., Patrolman James Rockett arrested a 14 year old Plainville resident. The minor was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny over $250, and improper use of a credit card over $250.

On November 3 at 7:11 p.m., Officer Michael Street pulled over Linda Sibilia, 46, of 972 West St, Mansfield MA on East Bacon Street. Sibilia was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of liquor.

On November 5 at 11:19 p.m., Jessica Edwards, 24, of 7 Taunton Street, was arrested by Officer Julie Barrett and charged with assault and battery/domestic violence.

On November 7 at 7:55 p.m., Officer James Rockett arrested Shanelle Barnes, 24, of 33 Plain Street, Fall River at TJ Maxx at 111 Taunton Street. Barnes was charged with shoplifting by asporation.

On November 15 at 6:13 p.m., a 39 year old Plainville resident was taken into protective custody.

On November 20 at 7:42 p.m., Officer Todd Holbrook pulled over Nancy Lockwood, 48, of 349 East Street, Wrentham on South Street. Lockwood was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended, and having an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.

On November 28 at 12:55 a.m., Officer Michael Street arrested Jonathan Pimental, 27, of 6 Wade Road at his home. Pimental was charged with assault, possession of Class D substance with intent to distribute, and possession of Class D aubstance with intent to cultivate.

On November 28 at 3:53 p.m., Officer Matthew Webber arrested Belioth Marcelin, 53, of 90 Veteran Rd, Dedham on Messenger Street. Marcelin was arrested on three warrants from Boston, West Roxbury, and Dedham District Courts for drug offenses, weapons offenses, and assault.

On November 29 at 2:50 p.m., Officer Matthew Webber arrested Chad Langley, 30,  of 50 DesMoines Rd, Apt: C3, Quincy. Langley was charged with two counts of larceny over $250 from 103 Taunton Street.

On November 29 at 3:18 p.m., Officer William McEvoy arrested Kristina Kane, 23, 10 Grove Street, Attleboro on Taunton Street. Kane was charged with four counts of shoplifting by asporation from 103 Taunton Street.

On November 30, at 9:13 p.m.,  Officer Todd Holbrook arrested Chad E. Curtis, 32, of 51 George Street on Taunton Street. Curtis was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of Class A substance with intent to distribute, possession of Class B substance with intent to distribute, and being present where heroin is kept.
