A source tells WBZ that Aaron Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in a North Attleboro homicide investigation.

After speaking to police, New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in a North Attleboro murder case according to WBZ.

Detectives from the Massachusetts State Police were back at the home of Aaron Hernandez this morning as authorities continue to investigate the death of a 27-year old man found less than a mile away from Hernandez's home.

Knocking on the door and getting no response, the detectives left the home without speaking to Hernandez or reporters at the scene.

Police have identified the body as Odin Lloyd of Dorchester. Loyd was a semi-pro linebacker for the Boston Bandits, a team of former high school and college players.

Loyd was last seen in Boston on June 15 taking part in a team scrimmage. His body was found in North Attleboro on June 17 by a jogger.

The family of Loyd has told WBZ that he dated the sister of Hernandez's girlfriend.

Currently, Hernandez is not a suspect in the murder case, but a key piece of evidence is a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban with Rhode Island plates rented in his name.
