Norfolk Police Log: OUIs, Stolen Property, and Drug Posession
The Norfolk have released their arrest log for much of September.
On September 4, 2012 at 2:27 p.m., officer Thomas Degnim arrested Nakia Mirianda, 35, of 1865 Columbus Avenue, Roxbury, MA on Dedham Street for one count of drug possession.
On September 4, 2012 at 8:24 p.m., officer Robert Holst arrested Manuel Braza, 25, of 18 Old Populatic Road, Norfolk, MA at his Norfolk home. Fletcher was arrested and charged with one count of trespassing with a motor vehicle, larceny over $250, receiving stolen property over $250, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

On September 5, 2012 at 5:08 p.m., Norfolk Police detective Nathan Fletcher pulled over Michael Hovey, 34, of 30 Barnstable Road Norfolk, MA on Union Street. Fletcher then arrested Hovey for a marked lanes violation, operation under the influence of drugs, and operating to endanger.

On September 14, 2012 at 9:18 p.m., officer James Hazeldine arrested Pascal Rene Kermarrec, 36, of 7 Empire Drive, Franklin, MA. Kermarrec was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for an OUI, his second OUI offense, and operating to endanger.
On September 15, 2012 at 11:45 a.m., Kermarrec was released on cash bail.
