Ambulance Strikes Box Truck on Dedham Street

No injuries reported in the collision.

According to Wrentham fire chief James McMorrow, an ambulance struck a box truck on Dedham Street at around 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

There were no patients in the ambulance, McMorrow said, and the two EMTs in the ambulance and the driver of the truck were not injured.

McMorrow said that the truck was heading south on Route 1A (Dedham Street) towards Wrentham when the collision occured. The ambulance was leaving the Serenity Hill Nursing Home.
