Irene V. (Shempa) Palladini, 93, of Wrentham, died Oct. 7, 2013 at the Maples Rehabilitation & Nursing Center following an illness.
She was the wife of the late Alfred F. Palladini, who died in 1977.
Born March 20, 1920 in Boston, daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Marrama) Shempa, she was raised and educated in Boston and was a former longtime resident of Hyde Park.
Irene was a retired secretary, having worked for the Federal Reserve Bank and enjoyed shopping and dancing.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins in the local area.
The interment was at St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin.
