Obituary: Gary T. Gallagher

Plainville resident Gary T. Gallagher passed away on November 28.

Gary T. Gallagher, 47, of Plainville, and a former Norfolk resident died Wednesday in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.  He was the beloved husband of Jenny R. (Palos) Gallagher who he married on May 11, 2002.     

Born in West Chester, PA on May 28, 1965, he was the dear son of Charlotte (Brown) Gallagher and the late Thomas Edward Gallagher. He was a graduate of King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham, class of 1983, and the class of 1988 at U. Mass. Amherst.     

He had been employed by General Metal Finishing Co. in Attleboro where he had worked in Sales for the past ten years.

Gary loved spending time with his family.  He was an avid sports fan and loved listening to games on the radio. He also liked the outdoors and enjoyed fishing.  He had a passion for the Grateful Dead and enjoyed attending their “shows” and listening to their music.    

In addition to his loving wife and his mother he is also survived by his dear sister Jill Brown Treeful and her husband Michael Treeful of Norfolk and eight nephews and nieces.
