KP Cup

On August 31st, the KP boys’ soccer team hosted the 6th annual KP Cup. This is a preseason tournament where each team tries to perfect their squad before the season starts. The participants this year were Norton, King Philip, Bishop Feehan, and Central Falls. Each team played three games, and the top two teams advanced to the finals. The bottom two teams played in a consolation game for third place. King Philip beat Central Falls 2-0 in the consolation game to grab third place, while Bishop Feehan squeaked by Norton on a last second free kick to win 2-1, and win the title.

The high school season officially starts this week, and King Philip hosts Bishop Feehan in the first game of the year. It will take place on Wednesday, September 4th, at KPHS at 3:30. Come show your support for your KP Warriors!
