Yawkey House of Possibilities Holds Benefit

HOPe's 10-Year Anniversary Gala, "A Night of Possibilities," is from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, June 21 at the Putnam Club at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

Hosted by Fox 25's Gene Levanchy, this event will feature food, dancing and auction items.

All proceeds from this event will be matched by 110 percent to benefit HOPe in its mission to provide high quality programs for children and adults living with developmental challenges.

Doris Buffet and The Sunshine Lady Foundation will award a matching grant in the amount of $250,000 to the House of Possibilities, provided that $250,000 is raised by June 30, 2012.

An additional 10 percent of each donation will be matched by Rodman Ride for Kids, an umbrella matching gift charity benefitting youth-focused social agencies in Massachusetts, in support of HOPe.

HOPe is a nonprofit organization in Easton which provides support to families having children and adults living with developmental challenges, both cognitive and/or physical by providing high quality programming and weekend respite services, including overnight respite that supports individuals and their families requiring 24/7 care.
