Chocolates for a food and wine
pairing. What wine goes
with these sweet treats? We will dare to pair and amaze your taste buds!

Note: Attendees must be over 21 years
of age. Class is limited to 25.
Mark Lenzi, co-owner of Franklin Liquors, was trained by the
International Sommelier Guild and
is a Certified
Specialist of Wine (CSW) By The Society Of Wine Educators. Mark has just been
Certified as a
California Wine Appellation Specialist (CWAS) By the San Francisco Wine
School.

Lisa and Bill Campbell, both Franklin residents purchased the company in
2002 from Albert Kumin who was a famous Swiss Chocolatier and former White
House Pastry Chef. Company was moved to Franklin and three years later
the manufacturing was moved to a new state of the art facility in Hopedale.
Green Mountain specializes in Truffles and ships more than 10 million per
year to wholesale accounts nationwide. We also manufacture special
products just for our two retail stores in Franklin and Hopedale using only the
best possible ingredients in the market. GMC is is a leader in food
safety in the chocolate industry and recognized for this nationally.

tuition to run classes and pay instructors and need to plan accordingly. Please
