Wrentham Patch's Daily Dose: Concert on the Wrentham Common Sunday

Lake Pearl will be closed Thursday for treatment.

1. SUN, PLEASE COME BACK-There will be early clouds and sprinkes today, according to WHDH, but it will be remaining mostly clouldy with some sun. Temperatures will be in the low 70s.

2. HEAR THE MUSIC-The Father and Son Band will be performing at the Wrentham Town Common, Sunday, June 16, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Sweatt Fund and presented by the Wrentham Recreation Department.

3. LAKE CLOSED-Lake Pearl will be chemically treated to control nuisance and invasive aquatic vegetation Thursday, June 13. The lake will re-open Friday for swimming, fishing and boating. It will closed for drinking, irrigation and watering livestock for five days after the treatment.

4. SUMMER HOOP TRAINING-The deadline to take part in the Wrentham Summer Basketball Clinic is June 18. The cost is $75 per session and the clinics are for grades one-six.
