Road Work Scheduled For Wrentham

The town Department of Public Works will be working on several roads this season.

The Wrentham Department of Public Works is scheduled to work on a number of roads this season.

DPW Superintendent Irving Priest said the department will be working to improve several town roads.

According to Priest, Beach Street will receive an asphalt shimming in its worst areas and will then be chip sealed.

Priest said the department will reconstruct Green Street from the power lines to High Street. The reconstruction, he said, would consist of a full depth reclamation, fine grading and asphalt paving.
