Mitt Romney won the New Hampshire primary this week.
Candidate Mitt Romney won the Republican primary in New Hampshire this week as he maintained his status as the GOP frontrunner.
The former Massachusetts governor took 39 percent of the vote, well above second-place finisher Ron Paul (23 percent). Former ambassador to China John Huntsman finished third.
After a surprise surge in Iowa, Rick Santorum fell into a virtual tie with Newt Gingrich, as both garnered 9.4 percent of the vote.
