High Volume Accounts Payable Clerk Needed

The Accounts Payable Clerk demonstrates reliability, accuracy, integrity and organization while controlling all aspects of accounts payable. This position includes but not limited to importing A/P invoices from POS System to Accounting System, verifying all invoices have PO#'s, manually enter corporate and stock invoices, process manual check requests and weekly check runs.

Job functions of Accounts Payable Clerk: Verify invoices from POS System are correct and import into Accounting System. Enter invoices in the system while ensuring accurate G/L accounts. Processing daily and weekly check runs. Balance A/P sub-ledger to General as part of month end close. Moderate to heavy paperless filing Reconciliation of Vendor Statements Handle special projects/request as assigned Light administrative work.

Assignment: Temporary-to-full-time
Pay Rate: $14.25 to $16.00 per hour
