Get Out: Area Events For This Weekend

Things to do in the area this weekend.


Where/When: Wrentham Town Common. June 4, 10am-4pm
What is it?: The Downtown Merchants Association is sponsoring this event, which features live music, art classes, and arts and crafts vendors. A portion of the profits will benefit local charities.


Where/When: Congregational Church. June 4, 8am-11am
What is it?: This breakfast, held in conjunction with "Art on the Common," will be held at the Original Congregational Church. Proceeds will benefit the King Philip DARE program.


Where/When: Fiske Public Library. June 4, 2:30pm-3:45pm
What is it?: A Lego Club at the library. No registration required.
Price: None

Where/When: King Philip High School. June 5, 2pm
What is it?: The KPHS will be holding its graduation ceremony for its Class of 2011.


Where/When: Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary. June 5, 1pm to 4pm
What is it?: Stony brook will be hosting a workshop about identifying ferns, trees, shrubs and wildflowers. Preregistration is required.
Price: $16 for members, $20 for nonmembers
