Foxborough's Head to Toes Takes Best Hair Salon Title
Business wins "Best of" Patch title.
It was a contest that drew a lot of opinion, but Patch will name Foxborough's as the "best area hair salon."
The article's poll, unfortunately, had a bug, so a number of considerations were weighed in the determination. Head to Toes had many favorable comments posted on its behalf, and Patch received positive feedback as a whole about the business.
