Could it be Senator Scott Brown of New Hampshire?

The former Massachusetts senator has more high-profile stops in New Hampshire. Is he really eyeing a Senate run there?

Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown says he's not ruling out anything, those words to reporters in Nashua April 4 inviting speculation about him moving to New Hampshire to challenge U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) in 2014.

And 2016 is right around the corner, isn't it?

Senator Brown, who has a vacation home in Rye, N.H., has a couple more high-profile stops in New Hampshire over the next month. Here are two:

  • Brown, billed as a "Fox News Analyst" and "New York Times Best-Selling Author," is scheduled to speak April 20 at a Grafton County GOP event, the Lincoln-Reagan Luncheon, at the Hanover Inn at Dartmouth. From noon to 1 p.m., there's a VIP reception with Brown. Other guests include former U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta (R-NH) and Republican State Committee Chairwoman Jennifer Horn.
  • Brown is keynote speaker of the Cheshire County Lincoln Day Dinner at the Keene Country Club in Keene on May 3. Tickets are $55 per person and $35 for Young Republicans, and ticket price includes a signed copy of Brown's book.

WMUR's James Pindell, in breaking the news last night, Tweeted that Brown will be in the Granite State four times over five weeks.
