5 Things You Should Know Today: July 20

Here's what's happening around town today, Wednesday, July 20.

1. The Wrentham  will meet at 7pm at the

2. The Wrentham Public Health Nurses will hold a free from 10am to 12pm at the Wrentham Senior Center.  This clinic is available for anyone who lives or works in the town of Wrentham. Cholesterol screening is available at the Nurses' office int he afternoon by appointment. Call 508-384-5485.

3. The  will hold a  at 10am, which will include a field trip to TD Bank. Maria Meomartino-Leonard, from , will read "Can Man" by Laura Williams. Books about money will be available for checkout. Following the story we will walk over to the bank (rain or shine) for a tour. Program is free but canned-good donations will be gratefully accepted for the Wrentham Food Pantry. This program is best for children in Grades 2 and up.

4. Stacey Hiltner from the community VNA, will be at the  for a special  at 12:30pm.  Connecting with nature is a terrific way to nurture your body, mind and soul.  Whether you have a green thumb or not, join us for a fun discussion on ways to bring the outdoors into your home, learn helpful gardening tips and pot a plant of your very own to keep and enjoy!  Please sign up at the front desk for this fun FREE event.
