Talking with Patch, Wrentham Town Clerk Carol Mollica predicted a 90% turnout for today's election. In the last Presidential election in 2008, the turnout for Wrentham was 81.4%.

3. Go Vote!

The polls in Wrentham will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. today at the Delaney School located on 120 Taunton Street.

 

4. Private Way by King Philip High School to get a new Name

In honor of former KP crossing guard Willam L. Daniel Jr. who passed away earlier this year, the King Philip School Committee voted to rename the private way next to the school after Daniel. The next step will be to decide on the proper name as the committee was unsure whether to use William or Bill for the street sign.

 

5. Volleyball Tournament Showdown

The King Philip volleyball team will travel to Boston Latin Academy tonight for their MIAA Volleyball East-Central Division I quarterfinal match-up. Boston Latin Academy come into the match seeded #2 in the bracket while KP is #7.
