The board approved a common victualler's license for a new restaurant.

The Wrentham Board of Selectmen approved a license for a new restaurant on Franklin Street at its meeting last week.

Restaurateur James Arsenault appeared before the board on Tuesday. He told the board that the new business would be on the site of the former Black Rock Cafe.

Board members noted that Arsenault had gotten approval from the towns public safety departments, building inspector and board of health.
