5 Things You Should Know Today: August 5

Here's what's happening around town today, Friday, August 5.

1. The Wrentham will offer a  session today at 10am, at a cost of $1.

2. Weekly  at Fiske Library. Birth to pre-walkers with Mom, Dad or caregiver meet on Fridays at 9:30am. Toddlers (walkers) to ages 2½ with Mom, Dad or caregiver meet on Fridays at 10:30am. Playgroups are held in the Sweatt Meeting Room. No registration required.

3. The White Barn Farm will be open today from 3pm to 7pm offering an array of seasonal vegetables grown right at the Farm.

4. The White Barn Farm will also hold a  tonight featuring a Greenhorns Documentary Film projected on the barn at 8pm. This film is all about young farmers. Check out the Greenhorns organization and the trailer to the film at http://www.thegreenhorns.net/ Bring your lawn chairs and refreshments and be sure to wear mosquito repellent. Tickets can be purchased HERE for $6.
