King Philip Keeps Sports, Music in Budget

The King Philip Regional School District came in this year with a balanced budget after much strife this year, according to the Sun Chronicle.

The budget was a cause for concern this year, as sports and music programs were put on the chopping block at one point to help balance the budget and fund mandated programs.

The three towns of Wrentham, Norfolk and Plainville appropriated adequate funds to the school and funds were found in other places in the budget to keep the extracurricular programs.
