  • From project basics to giving your child the opportunity to say, "I built it!," I know lots of parents that are raving about their free Saturday projects! Lowes offers Build and Grow kid's clinics every other Saturday at various locations. Bring your child into any Lowe's store at 10am and build a FREE wooden project. Each participant also receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch and a certification of merit upon completion of their project. Spring sports are just starting up — this Saturday, kids will build a sports pinball game!
  • If you’re looking for a fun family night and like good Christian rock, consider swinging by New England Chapel (40 Kenwood Circle, Franklin) for their Mission Marketplace on Saturday, April 9 from 6pm to 9pm. Members of New England Chapel (Franklin) will be raising funds through the sale of beverages, food, crafts and an auction! All proceeds will support restoration work in Louisiana through CRWRC, Haiti through Mission E4 and Franklin Garden Association, a community garden initiative.
  • Have breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Saturday, April 9 from 8am to 11am at  Hopedale Union Church, UCC (25 Dutcher St.Hopedale). All you can eat pancake breakfast, pictures with the Easter Bunny, kids crafts, face painting and more for only $5. Plus, you can enter awesome raffle prizes including Easter-themed baskets, with gift items, toys, treats, crafts, gifts certificates and more.
  • Easter Egg Hunt at Choate Park (Main Street, Medway) on Saturday, April 9 from 10am to noon.  Hop on over to Choate Park in Medway for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Box 285 Medway MA 02053 to be first in line to hunt for eggs. All others will receive a colored wristband upon check-in and will proceed to corresponding balloons for timed intervals to retrieve eggs.
  • Kids Helping Kids, a program that teaches children to raise funds for children in need, will hold its annual Kickball Tournament at the Patriots Field House (Patriots Place, Foxboro) on Sunday, April 10 from 9am to 3pm to benefit the Hockomock Area YMCA’s Reach Out for Youth and Families campaign.
