Meet Local Author Michael Tougias at Norfolk Library

Michael Tougias, author of two books: "The Blizzard of '78" and "Ten Hours Until Dawn: The True Story of Heroism and Tragedy Aboard the Can Do", will give a special slide presentation of the "Blizzard of 78" at the Norfolk Library. 

His slide presentation will bring back memories of those who witnessed this storm as well as compare the many similarities of this years winter to the one in 1978.

A book signing will follow after the presentation.
