The Bill McGoldrick Acoustic Duo will be performing at the Wrentham Recreation's Concert on the Common, Sunday, Aug. 18, at 6:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Wrentham Sweatt Fund.

The 71st Citizens' Legislative Seminar will be held Tuesday. Oct. 15, and Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the State House, according to Senator Richard Ross (R-Wrentham). Anyone interested in attending should contact Senator Ross' office at 617-722-1555 or at Richard Ross@masenate.gov by Sept. 2 in order to be nominated by Senator Richard Ross. It's on a first-come, first serve basis.
