Five Things You Need to Know: Thursday, Feb. 7

Clear day expected today before snow moves in on Friday.

 

1. Are you ready for a snowstorm? Wrentham Patch will have the latest forecast throughout today and into Friday. According to WHDH, today will be the calm before the storm with early sun, followed by clouds. The highs will 25-30.

2. Wrentham Times editor Pat Coleman will be giving a presentatation of Wrentham's famous boxer Eric Schaff at the Fiske Public Library, Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m.

3. King Philip softball standout Toni Constanin is headed to Central Connecticut and teammate Anna O'Neil to Mercer, according to Hockomock Sports, who has a listed of where athetes in the Hockomock League are going next year. Congratulations and good luck Toni and Anna.

4. Greg Malchack will be teaching a class, Monet's Mirror, for teens and adults at the Fiske Public Library, Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 6-8 p.m. It is a free class, but signed up is rquired. All the materials will be provided.

5. The King Philip High boys' basketball team will be hosting Attleboro tonight at 6:30 p,m. The game was moved up day because of the expected storm Friday.
