5 Things You Need to Know: March 2-3

For a change, we're looking at a storm-free weekend.

 

1.  According to WHDH, the good news is we will be storm free this weekend. In fact, both days will look alike with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures near 40.

2. The Fiske Public Library and the Wrentham Food Pantry are partnering in an Easter Grass Drive  until March 20. A box from the Wrentham Food Pantry will in in the Fiske entry way for collection of any grass fill  to be put into baskets distributed to registered children of the Wrentham Food Pantry. Small toy, candy and treats are also appreciated and accepted. Contact Denise Angerame 508-241-5185 or the WFP 508-384-1342with any questions.

3. The Wrentham School Committee will be meeting Tuesday, March 5, at the Roderick School's Raymond Library at 7 p.m.

4. Toddler Play N Learn with Gina McGarrigle will take place Tuesday, March 12, at 10:30 a.m. This monthly program is being offereded by Self Help, Inc., Coordinated Family and Community Engagement. Hands on activities, exploration and imaginative play. Program is free but canned-good donations will be gratefully accepted for the Wrentham Food Pantry. Sign up at the circulation desk.
